SUMMARY:
An issue was discovered affecting Exchange Sentry prior to v3.20.059 which limits the number of whitelist or blacklist entries to about 32,000. To find out which version you have please use the "About" tab in the configuration tool.
SYMPTOMS:
If you exceed about 32,000 whitelist entries your admin alert mailbox as set on the general tab will receive an alert every time the configuration is reloaded. See bottom of this posting for a sample.
Exchange Sentry will still operate normally, however not all whitelist entries will be operational. Those added after the 32,000 (aproximate) point will not work.
CORRECTIVE ACTION:
If you are experiencing this issue or are close to that number of whitelist entries please download the patch from the updates page and apply it. We only recommend at this time those affected or soon to be affected (near 32,000 entries) apply the patch.
