Redirecting Folders for Archives, Logs, and/or Attachments Archives Article #452

Starting in v3.2 you may redirect the log, archive, and/or attachment archive folders used by Exchange Sentry.
IMPORTANT: This article contains information about modifying the registry. Before you modify the registry, make sure to back it up and make sure that you understand how to restore the registry if a problem occurs.
The following optional values may be added to control the location:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Total Sentry\Exchange Sentry\Archive Folder
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Total Sentry\Exchange Sentry\Log Folder
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Total Sentry\Exchange Sentry\Attachment Archive Folder
Add the values as string values.
Set the value to the full path to the folder desired. UNC's are supported. Caution, using a UNC may result in errors if the other server/device is not available! Mail flow could be adversely affected in this case.
DO NOT include any trailing slash.
Example: To redirect log files to c:\temp
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Total Sentry\Exchange Sentry\Log Folder = c:\temp |
