The present list of recommended servers are below. Only enter the FQDN (fully qualified domain name) shown in red in Exchange Sentry on the Blackhole configuration page.

psbl.surriel.com Good, moderate aggressive, not many false positives observed on our test systems
Please see their web site here for more details and options, they have several you can chose from, this one is their composite, but they offer ones for just China IP addresses for example.
zen.spamhaus.org Replacement for sbl-xbl.spamhaus.org; very good, see here for more details.
cbl.abuseat.org. Good ** Don't use if you use zen.spamhaus.org, they overlap for the most part.
bl.spamcop.net. Very aggressive, often listing major ISP's
psbl.surriel.com
bl.csma.biz

There are many, many others. Check DNSStuff.com here for more and some nice DNS tools to use for spam queries or general use as well.

The Exchange Sentry team recommends you use the automatic whitelist options if you use some of the more aggressive blackhole servers.

Directions to add/change blackhole servers:
1. Open up the Exchange Sentry configuration tool from your start menu
2. Blackholes tab
3. Add desired server names from the list above to the list.
4. Save and reload the configuration of the server or allow the automatic refresh to happen
